SimplyMepis 7 review- The newest verson of linux

SimplyMepis 7.0 preview

I recently just downloaded the most recent image for the new SimplyMepis 7.0 Linux. SimplyMepis is a linux deriative based on Debian.

You can download the simplymepis image from here. (32bit)

This was tested on a VirtualBox virtualization software (will post on it later ), Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu @ 2.25 GHz, 2gb of RAM, 8600gts videocard. (Although Vbox has no 3d support).

On booting up the system, this is what you get -

The main desktop is right next to it. (double click to make larger).
Everything worked perfectly for me on first boot, internet and everything (did not test audio). So far, this distro looks good, and has a nice look to it (kde).

We would like to start off our blog with a review of the ever-so-popular Antec 900 Advanced Gaming Case. This is voted one of the best cases, coming with 1 200mm and 3 120mm led fans,this is a screamer. I own this case , and it is vary cool (and cool looking).

Pros-This is one of the most amazing cases ive ever used. It stays extremely cool; And has a lot of space and can hold up to 6 hard drives. Convent top tray for my ipod and easy to open side panels with thumb screws.

Cons- My only con is unlike other cases, their is no removable motherboard tray.
